Preventative ELECTRICAL INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE:
- COME TO YOUR HOME AND REMOVE inside and outside Circuit Breaker Panel Covers
- Inspect Breakers for signs of Overloading and Burning Backer lite on Breakers.
- Tighten Wires on Breakers
- Check to make sure all grounds and neutral wires are proper
- 5) Check Bare Copper grounds and lugs
- Put Receptacle Analyzer in couple of Outlets in each Room to Make sure proper grounding and no open neutrals and no reverse polarity.
- Visual check of all Lights and Wiring.
- CHECK VOLTAGE COMING TO MAIN LUGS IN THE BREAKER PANEL TO MAKE SURE VOLTAGE IS CORRECT (if not Lights will Dim). Write Up a Written Report (email) of what I Find that needs corrected to prevent FIRE AND COST OF CORRECTIONS (if any)
